it's a miracle!

i actually think this is pretty awesome, but some of you may think this is kinda odd...

i've been doing acupuncture for about 2 months now, once a week. i went today and something totally amazing happened. my left big toe has been hurting really badly lately. like i can't even bend it at all. so when i got to the acupuncture place i told the lady who does the treatment about my toe. she gave me an awkward look and then attempted to move my toe, as if i was lying. as soon as she pressed on my toe and pushed it down, i screamed. she looked at me then down at my toe. i think she was still in disbelief. why does a 25 year old have a hurt big toe and not know why? so anyways, she continued with the usual, poking me all over my body with needles, adding one to my left foot.

after laying their for the usual hour hooked up to a machine that send electrical pulses to some of the needles, the lady came back in and asked about my toe. at that point i wasn't sure if it still hurt, seeing as i still had needles in me. but, as soon as she took the needle out i moved my toe...in every direction...with no pain! none. at all. i told her about this revelation, probably with a huge smile on my face, and in return i got the same awkward look as before. maybe she didn't understand me seeing as though she is Chinese or something. so i repeated myself. and she smiled back!

in all serious-ness, my toe was still hurting really badly this morning before i went in for my acupuncture treatment and did not hurt at all afterwards.

it's like a miracle. seriously.
