yes, it's been a while...

and I've been super busy!  but Father's Day is coming up and I got the best gift for my dad!  I can't tell you just yet, but it's pretty awesome!  and the other day Dogtopia had a Wet N Wild day and Bo and Rex were there!  of course, Bo loved it and Rex not so much.  here's a super cute pic of Bo all wet and still in the water...

and to the left you can see Rex.  not looking too happy about the water and definitely staying out of it!

my parents will be here Saturday for the night and I'm super excited.  I plan on actually cooking a meal for them too!  we'll see how that goes.

a hodgepodge of sorts...

so much going on lately...I love my new house just as much as I did the day I moved in.  and the boys still love it!  especially the back yard.  check out Rex...

 his favorite thing to do every time we go outside...sun bathe!

and recently at a friend's house, I was reminded of how much Bo loves playing in the water...

it's hard to tell, but he is jumping up trying to attack/eat the water from the sprinkler!

the flowers I planted are started to grow.  there are a few seeds that have just begun budding.  and my tomatoes too...

 I can't wait to have some homegrown tomatoes!

nothing much more to say...it's been a super lazy day for me on the couch...oh, but I did get out this morning and buy a new comforter for my bed and I can't wait to sleep in my bed tonight!

it's the busiest time of the year...

but Christmas is right around the corner! and I can't wait! I've definitely super busy at work, but only have four more days of work until my family and I go on a cruise for Christmas! so exciting!

a long time ago, I bought some clear glass ornament balls with no idea what I was going to do with them. I just figured eventually I would come up with a use for them. and Voila! I did. I used paint and paint pens and decorated them as gifts for Christmas! I made myself one, one for each of my boys, one for my momma and a few others for friends! here's what the boy's ornaments look like...


each one has their first initial on it with a bone, a paw print and lots of stars. and they were super easy to make!

anyhow, back to the tv and relaxing!

THIS is absolutely ridiculous! I can't imagine ever doing this for my dogs. just plain crazy!
